Lindsay Lohan Sues Over Super Bowl Advert

Lindsay Lohan has obviously realised her acting career is going down the pan and needs to cash in somehow.
So what to do? Sue a company for using a baby called Lindsay that likes drinking milk. Good plan!
The actress filed a lawsuit on Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York over the E-Trade advert which debuted during the Super Bowl.
The ad features a “milkaholic” baby named “Lindsay.”
The real Lindsay claims said baby is based on her and is asking for $50 million in exemplary damages and an additional $50 million in compensatory damages.
According to GossipCop, Lindsay's lawyer said: “Many celebrities are known by one name only. And E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.”
She added: “They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
The Grey Group, who produced the advert says there is no link to the actress and in fact according to the company's spokesman, they “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”
